How do you determine the right number of guards for my property or event?
We begin by conducting a comprehensive security assessment, either through a site visit or a consultation call. This helps us evaluate potential risks, size of the premises, number of access points, foot traffic, time of day, and the nature of your business or event.
Based on this, we recommend the appropriate number of guards, their positioning, patrol frequency. Every plan is customized to balance effective coverage with your budget.
What kind of training do your guards receive, and how do you ensure ongoing performance?
Our guards undergo initial training in areas such as conflict de-escalation, report writing, emergency response, customer service, and surveillance techniques. We also conduct regular performance evaluations, and ongoing refresher courses to ensure our guards stay up-to-date with best practices.
Our security guards receive a specialized curriculum outside of BSIS requirements in areas such as de-escalation techniques, active shooter training, and over-intoxication identification taught by law enforcement and former SWAT professionals.
What insurance coverage and liability protections do you carry?
We carry comprehensive insurance including general liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability to protect our clients and our personnel.
Documentation and COIs (Certificates of Insurance) can be provided upon request during the onboarding process.
What is the process and timeline for setting up service, and are there contracts involved?
Once you contact us, we schedule an initial consultation (usually within 24 hours). After assessing your needs, we provide a detailed proposal outlining services, guard schedules, pricing, and any site-specific requirements.
